Tarner Community Project

Tarner Community Project is based in the heart of Brighton and offer a wide range of activities for young people.

They have a fantastic club which on different nights of the week offer all sorts of activities and projects. If you want to have fun or have problems you need help with then come and ask a youth worker about them and make some new friends.

Activities include:

Street League Football

Meet at Tarner Park football pitch for football sessions with a Brighton and Hove Albion coach.

Tarner Park Youth Club

Join in the fun at the pool table, Xbox and PCs with Internet. They do cooking, art, challenges and other activities. You can watch films or just hang out and spend some time with your mates.

Girls Group

A fortnightly social event in central Brighton shaped by young women exclusively for young women.

Your Space at Brighton Youth Centre

Young people get together and work on ideas and/or projects of their own choosing. For example, do you want to raise money for some new club equipment, meet up with other youth groups or make a film? Here you can get support and help to do this.

Mountain Biking

There is a fleet of mountain bikes and offer rides to interested young people in groups with trained trail leaders out in the Sussex countryside.

Cookery projects and courses

A chance to learn about good food and how to cook it.

Holiday activities

Tarner Community Project run all types of different trips and activities in the holidays, from paintballing to wall mural painting, from historic trips to go-karting.
